Heartsworth House Administrator, Pam Wolfe Receives “Shining Star Administrator of the Year Award”

Diakonos Group Administrator recognized by Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers

(Vinita, Oklahoma) – Pam Wolfe, Executive Director at Heartsworth House Assisted and Independent Living in Vinita, Oklahoma, received the 2016 Shining Star Administrator of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers at the Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers (OAHCP) and the Oklahoma Assisted Living Association (OKALA) Annual Conference & Tradeshow held April 25 to 27, 2016 in Norman, Oklahoma. The “Shining Star Administrator of the Year Award” recognizes outstanding Administrators for their exemplary service and dedication to the elderly.

Recognizing Wolfe, Diakonos Group COO Kimberly Green stated, “Pam’s commitment to senior care is unwavering.  Pam is a role model to healthcare administrative professionals and we are so proud of her outstanding service and leadership.  Pam works tirelessly to improve the lives of the residents and families she cares for every day. Wolfe, who is very excited about this honor stated, “I have wonderful residents and staff at Heartsworth House and I have a great job because the residents and staff make it that way.” Wolfe began her long-term care career in 1996 when Heartsworth House was originally built by St. John Health System and Craig General Hospital.  From inception, Wolfe has played an extensive role in the success of Heartsworth House.  From working with the decorator to picking the facility name, Wolfe’s leadership and unsurpassed dedication have shaped Heartsworth into the award-winning facility it is today.  Purchased in 2013 by Diakonos Group, Wolfe continues to lead one of the premier assisted & independent facilities in Northeast Oklahoma.
